Motor Control

 

This section introduces motors drivers and controllers that are designed to address a wide range of applications where performances and reliability are essential. They are designed to fit in sealed housing with waterproof capabilities and resist to high temperatures.
 
The purpose is to have a range of product on the shelve that can be used for the most common type of motors, in standard or harsh environment, without redesign or higher cost.
 
All motors drivers and controllers can operate over a wide range of voltage (usually from 24V to 48V) and are configurable for multiple current limitations (from 5A to 30A with simple heatsink, 50A theorically with appropriate cooling system).
 
Most of the products in this section are under development.

3-Phases Brushless DC Motor driver

 

  • Sensorless or Sensored commutation.

  • Control via SPI bus or parallel signals.

  • Break, Coast, Speed and Direction modes with synchronous rectification.

 

  • Current Control output and hardware Current Limitation onboard.

  • Overtemperature, Overcurrent and Cross-conduction protection.

  • Others protections available depending on design.

 

  • Several new versions with FPGA onboard for autonomous and advanced controls are currently under development.

 

  • Control via PWM and parallel signals.

  • Break, Coast, Speed and Direction modes with synchronous rectification.
